Cohort Director
What you'll do
- Organize onboarding for each group of fellows (students in the program).
- Arrange mentor schedules and keep the program on track for key deadlines.
- Track fellow progress and follow up when someone needs help or falls behind.
- Keep fellows, families, and mentors informed about schedules and next steps.
- Resolve problems with scheduling and support. Refer concerns to staff when they need to act.
- Review feedback and improve the way each cohort runs.
What you'll bring
- Experience managing operations or organizing a program, community, or team with regular deadlines.
- Evidence of your interest in teaching or education, such as tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, or an education project.
- Power user of either

Bonus points
- Currently enrolled at or graduated from a top 20 university (e.g., Princeton, Harvard, MIT, Yale, Stanford).
How we work
- Help mentors keep their schedules up to date and attend booked sessions.
- Use Lumos channels that staff can see when you communicate with fellows.
- Review recorded sessions and fellow feedback to check the support mentors provide.
- Help mentors guide fellows as they make their own decisions about their work.
- Be patient, communicate clearly, and use good judgment when working with young people.
