Terms of Service – Lumos Fellows

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lumos Fellows ("the Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Lumos Fellows is a 6-week curriculum program teaching participants how to build software products using AI tools. The Program covers web and iOS app development, CRUD development, design, billing, and distribution.

3. Eligibility

Access to the Program is by invitation or application only. Enrollment is confirmed upon acceptance and completion of payment.

4. Payment and Refunds

Program fees are due at the time of enrollment. Refund requests made within 7 days of the program start date may be considered on a case-by-case basis. After the program has begun, fees are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, videos, and resources provided through the Program are the intellectual property of Lumos Fellows and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any Program materials.

Projects you create during the Program remain your intellectual property.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants. Lumos Fellows reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior without a refund.

7. Disclaimers

The Program is provided "as is." Lumos Fellows makes no guarantees regarding employment outcomes, revenue generated from projects built during the program, or the accuracy of third-party tools and AI systems discussed in the curriculum.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumos Fellows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Program or any materials provided.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
